About the Event

Over the course of this 8-week series you will learn proven Life-Work Balance strategies that will empower you to accomplish three things:

- Learn to identify & apply intentional Mindset strategies

- Obliterate Mindtraps for increased self-awareness and productivity

- Determine your best Mindstates for Problem-Solving Challenges

You have a life, right? I mean, maybe it doesn't feel like it

because you are in business, own one, and/or manage others. And, I'm guessing

that you're here because you want to be your best and do your best, in business

and life. This series will provide you with essential information you need to

create and maintain a life-work balance so you are able to enjoying your best

life.

Together, we will explore:

-How the principles we set for ourselves impact our values & perspectives

-How they drive our purpose, priorities, and productivity

-How our patterns of behavior influence our life-work balance

What's in it for you?

Perhaps you've become aware of certain patterns of behavior that

are hindering your ability to level up your life and business. Or perhaps you

are here because you know there's something that needs to change but you're not

quite sure what.

You feel stuck because you keep repeating the same habits which

are getting you nowhere. In this series, you get to understand how Mindsets,

Mindtraps, and Mindstates will empower you for making the changes you so

desperately desire.

As you move through and participate in each session, you will gain

confidence in your ability to apply time-tested cognitive behavior attitudes

and strategies so that the choices you make for your life and business are

intentional, purposeful, and motivational, and ultimately get you where you

want to be.
